My PDF produced nothing

Scanned PDFs are images of pages, with no text to extract. Photograph the pages with the in-app scanner instead, quizOS transcribes photographs.

A link didn't work

quizOS reads publicly accessible pages only. If a page needs a sign-in, sits behind a paywall, or asks automated tools not to read it, quizOS will decline and tell you. Upload the material directly instead.

A Tableau dashboard didn't work

Tableau draws its charts in a way that leaves no readable text. Export the underlying data as CSV and upload that, or add a screenshot of the view.

A lesson says something wrong

Lessons are generated from your material by an AI model, and it can misread. Tap the source reference to check the original, and tell us which lesson so we can look at it.

I want my data deleted

Profile then Settings then Delete account. It removes everything, immediately and permanently.
