Terms of Service
Last updated 31 August 2026
These terms cover your use of quizOS, made by Kode Foundry. Using the app means you accept them.
Your account
You need an account to keep courses and progress. Keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be 13 or older.
Your material stays yours
You keep every right you already had in the files, links and photographs you add. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your material, process it into a course, and show that course back to you.
What you may add
Only material you own or are permitted to use. Do not upload anything that infringes someone else's rights, that you obtained unlawfully, or that you are contractually barred from processing on a third-party service. Do not use quizOS to get around a paywall, a licence, or an access control.
What quizOS generates
Lessons, questions and explanations are produced by an AI model reading your material. It can be wrong. quizOS is a study aid, not a source of professional, legal, medical or financial advice, check anything that matters against the original.
Course completion
Finishing a course earns a quizOS completion screen. It is a record of what you did in this app. It is not an accredited qualification, and it is not issued or recognised by any educational or professional body.
Fair use
The service applies limits on how many courses you can generate and how often you can call the tutor. Do not attempt to bypass them, automate the app, or extract XP, streaks or achievements other than by learning.
Availability
We aim to keep quizOS running, but it is provided as-is, without warranties. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Kode Foundry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of quizOS, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
